What is the child age

For safety reasons, passengers must be at least 120cm tall to ride to ensure safety. Children 5-13yrs must be accompanied by an adult.

Do you sell gift vouchers?

If you don’t want to choose your booking date now, purchase a Gift Voucher from arrojet.com.au. Gift Vouchers are valid for 3 years from the purchase date and can be easily redeemed online. Gift to yourself, a college or friends and family. Gift vouchers are a flexible way to gift our experiences.

Can I make a group booking?

Yes, simply select the number of people you want to book on our website booking portal, and subject to availability we can accommodate your booking (max 28 passengers per Arro Jetboat).
We have 2 jetboats. Our boats are purpose built for performance and comfort, so everyone gets a great view of the action. We also welcome group bookings and private charters, simply get in touch at info@arrojet.com.au to arrange your adventure.

Do you provide a family discount?

Arro Jet offers special family pricing to make the adventure more accessible for families with children 5yrs and over. Discounts are available for bookings of 2 adults and 2 children over 5yrs and 120cm tall. Please check our website for current family rates. arrojet.com.au

Do you provide hotel transfers?

Yes! Arro Jet offers complimentary transfers from Surfers Paradise on selected jetboat departures. Simply select this option when booking your ride.

Pick-up is scheduled 30 minutes prior to your jetboat departure from Appel Park, conveniently located beside the Hopo Ferry Kiosk.

For example, if your jetboat departs at 10:30am, your transfer will depart at 10:00am. Please ensure you arrive at the pick-up point at least 10 minutes before your transfer departure time.

I want to change my booking date

Tickets can be easily rescheduled if you let us know more than 3 hours before your scheduled cruise. Please note this flexibility does not apply to group bookings of 10 or more passengers. To manage your booking, go to arrojet.com.au and select "Manage My Booking"
